A striking example of mid-century Italian jewelry design, this vintage UnoAErre sterling silver bracelet showcases the clean geometry and architectural styling that made the renowned Arezzo workshop one of Italy's most influential jewelry manufacturers.
Crafted in solid 925 sterling silver, the bracelet features six raised rectangular panels, each accented with vivid cobalt blue enamel framed within polished silver borders. The elevated panels are connected by lower-profile links, creating a subtle dimensional effect that gives the bracelet an unmistakably modernist aesthetic. The reverse reveals the refined construction characteristic of older Italian silversmithing, while the concealed clasp integrates seamlessly into the overall design.
Founded in 1926 by Carlo Zucchi and Leopoldo Gori in Arezzo, Italy, UnoAErre derives its name from the city's first registered jeweler's hallmark, 1AR, and has become one of the country's most celebrated jewelry houses. Their early sterling silver designs are increasingly sought after by collectors for their exceptional craftsmanship and timeless modernist styling.
The bracelet remains in excellent vintage condition, with the blue enamel beautifully preserved and only light signs of age consistent with careful use. A small cut in the connecting link adjacent to the clasp is an original element of the bracelet's construction and design not damage.
Marked 925 UnoAErre.
