Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options
We ship within the United States and to a number of international destinations. At checkout, you'll see the following options based on your delivery address.

• USPS Ground Advantage (5–8 business days) for domestic orders, included with your order.

• International shipping through USPS, UPS, or DHL, with rates and delivery windows calculated at checkout based on your location and the carrier selected.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Any applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or peak holiday periods.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor the delivery status.

International Orders
We currently ship to a select group of countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees determined by the destination country, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer. If your country isn't available at checkout, reach out to us directly and we'll let you know if delivery can be arranged.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
