The dish features a fluted pedestal supported by classical Corinthian columns rising from a stepped circular base. Above sits a beautifully proportioned bowl with a decorative band of engraved detailing and a fluted rim that catches the light from every angle.
Produced during the late Victorian or Edwardian era, the piece reflects the neoclassical influence that dominated British silver design of the period.
