This reference 3919 Calatrava is one of Patek Philippe's most enduring designs, a simple round yellow gold case with a hobnail engraved bezel that catches light in small, evenly spaced facets around the dial. The proportions are classic Calatrava: thin, restrained, and built around legibility rather than complication.

The white enamel style dial is double signed, carrying both Patek Philippe Geneve and Tiffany and Co, confirming the watch was originally retailed through Tiffany, a detail that meaningfully adds to its collectibility. Crisp black Roman numerals and a small seconds subdial at six o'clock keep the dial clean and easy to read, with blued steel style hands finishing the look.

The movement is manually wound, in keeping with the Calatrava's traditional dress watch character, requiring the wearer to wind it rather than relying on an automatic rotor. At 33mm, the case sits at a genuinely classic size, smaller and more elegant than most contemporary watches.

Made in Switzerland, this is a significant piece for a serious watch collector, combining Patek Philippe's manufacture with the added provenance and desirability of a Tiffany signed dial.

This watch comes on a Patek Philippe strap and has a generic buckle. A correct buckle can be sourced separately if needed.

Collectors Notes

A Tiffany signed Patek is a genuinely significant find.

Worth a look for the reference number and hobnail bezel alone if you collect Calatravas specifically, independent of the Tiffany signature.

A fantastic entry point into a holy trinity brand.

Who Are You Buying From?

Every object here has a journey before it ever reaches you. I've spent years seeking these pieces out, in back rooms of old ateliers, from families who've inherited more than they can keep, through dealers I've come to trust, in conversations with people who still work with their hands, because I've always believed the things we choose to live with should carry something true. What began as a private obsession became a devotion, one I now share with my wife and daughter, who remind me daily that the best collections are the ones built to be passed down, not simply owned. What you're holding isn't just an object. You're inheriting its story, and becoming part of its next chapter.
