Found in Vintage

A sculptural oval bowl by L'OBJET featuring a luminous white porcelain interior contrasted by a richly textured orange glaze exterior and finished with a hand-applied 24kt gold trim edge.

The form feels both modern and timeless balancing clean architectural lines with warm coloration and luxurious finishing details. The softly brushed orange glaze adds depth and movement, while the gold rim introduces an elevated refinement characteristic of L'OBJET’s collectible tabletop designs.

Beautiful as a decorative centerpiece bowl, catchall, or serving vessel for wrapped candies, citrus, or cocktail garnishes.

Collectors Notes

L'Objet pieces blur the line between functional tabletop design and decorative sculpture, and this bowl feels especially aligned with that sensibility.

The combination of warm orange glaze and gold detailing gives it an unmistakably sophisticated presence — particularly layered into interiors with lacquer, burl wood, travertine, or polished stone.

Equally compelling styled on a cocktail table, vanity, or bookshelf where the shape and color can stand on their own.

It's a fitting addition to our Home Decor collection, and a sophisticated Housewarming Gifts pick.

Who Are You Buying From?

Every object here has a journey before it ever reaches you. I've spent years seeking these pieces out, in back rooms of old ateliers, from families who've inherited more than they can keep, through dealers I've come to trust, in conversations with people who still work with their hands, because I've always believed the things we choose to live with should carry something true. What began as a private obsession became a devotion, one I now share with my wife and daughter, who remind me daily that the best collections are the ones built to be passed down, not simply owned. What you're holding isn't just an object. You're inheriting its story, and becoming part of its next chapter.
