Jaw Harp Instrument
This is a vintage jaw/mouth harp and when I found this item, I truly had no idea what it was. But I loved the shape, design, and weight. It also didn’t hurt that it was signed “Smith” on one side, and “England” on the other. When I was checking out, the lady at the counter informed me that this was actually a jaw/mouth harp. When I looked up videos of people using it to play music online, I was totally fascinated. This is not something you will see every day, nor find at many antique shops. If you’re a music lover, or just looking for something to put on a bookshelf, this is a great item with a ton of history. This is a vintage item and is subject to have patina. Please see photos for details.

Who Are You Buying From?
Every object here has a journey before it ever reaches you. I've spent years seeking these pieces out, in back rooms of old ateliers, from families who've inherited more than they can keep, through dealers I've come to trust, in conversations with people who still work with their hands, because I've always believed the things we choose to live with should carry something true. What began as a private obsession became a devotion, one I now share with my wife and daughter, who remind me daily that the best collections are the ones built to be passed down, not simply owned. What you're holding isn't just an object. You're inheriting its story, and becoming part of its next chapter.
