Produced for Hermes by the renowned French silversmith Ravinet d'Enfert, this elegant lacquered desk box exemplifies the understated sophistication that has long defined the maison's home collection. Crafted in France during the 1960s, the rectangular form is finished in a rich oxblood red lacquer framed by a brass buckle, while the lid is adorned with Hermes' iconic belt and buckle motif a subtle nod to the house's equestrian heritage.
Unlike purely decorative boxes, this example was conceived as a refined desktop accessory.
