Each of these Hermes cocktail stirrers is worked in a twisted rope pattern along the shaft, finished with a gilt trumpet shaped tip at one end and an open, looping wire handle at the other. The loop handle is formed in a figure eight or infinity twist, no two quite identical, giving each stirrer a small individual character within an otherwise matched set.

The gilt tip is designed to sit at the bottom of a glass, stirring a cocktail or settling the bubbles in a glass of champagne without scratching delicate crystal, while the wire handle stays clear of the rim for easy handling. The twisted shaft gives a secure grip even when the stirrer is wet.

These were produced by Hermes as bar accessories, the kind of small, well made object the house has long applied to everyday rituals like entertaining. Sold individually, each one carries the same silver gilt finish and twisted shaft design.

Made in France, these are a refined addition to a home bar or a set of entertaining accessories, whether used for their original purpose or simply appreciated as a small piece of Hermes silver.
