A sophisticated vintage Cartier bottle coaster, crafted in Spain in silver plated and accented with deep blue lapis lazuli cabochons.

The circular form is quintessentially Cartier: restrained at first glance, but elevated through beautifully considered details. A flared upper rim creates an elegant profile, while the lower register is finished with architectural fluting. Small lapis cabochons punctuate the smooth silver body, introducing Cartier's characteristic use of richly colored hardstones against polished metal.

At 4.5 inches in diameter, the coaster is ideally proportioned for a wine or spirits bottle, protecting the tabletop while giving even an everyday bottle a more considered presentation.
