The clock pivots on two posts, each capped with a faceted sapphire cabochon, allowing the face to tilt to the ideal viewing angle on a desk or shelf.

The dial follows Cartier's familiar codes precisely, bold Roman numerals, a railroad style minute track, and the Cartier name centered just above the hands, all rendered in crisp black against a clean white face. The Swiss quartz movement keeps the clock genuinely functional for daily use, not merely decorative.
